Two-year rotational engineering development program placing participants in multiple manufacturing-related roles (process, project, reliability, quality). Develop and improve manufacturing processes, manage capital projects, troubleshoot equipment, drive change management, and complete Lean Six Sigma certification. Placement into a full-time role upon completion.

Entry-level manufacturing role performing weigh-up and packaging duties. Sets up and operates packaging/weighing machinery, prepares ingredients, supports production operators, completes cleaning and paperwork, follows safety and quality procedures, and handles physical material movement to meet customer specs and delivery requirements.

Support execution of tactical marketing deliverables including market penetration, segmentation, product launches, market research, competitive analysis, sales campaigns, technical literature, and cross-functional coordination to drive profitable growth and margin targets.
