Lead internationalization and localization technical programs from product discovery through release. Own Phrase or comparable TMS configuration, APIs, integrations, AI-enabled translation workflows, and localization platform strategy. Define i18n standards, support RTL and locale-aware behavior, coordinate testing and defect triage, automate workflows, manage dependencies and risks, and partner with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Localization, and testing teams.
