Provides senior legal counsel on complex commercial transactions, government contracts, vendor agreements, RFPs, procurement, compliance, and commercial risk. Leads contract negotiations, develops legal playbooks and policies, improves AI-assisted legal processes, trains business teams, and independently manages a high-volume portfolio of matters. Advises sales, procurement, operations, legal leadership, and senior stakeholders while managing and resolving cross-functional legal issues.

Leads investor relations by managing communications with investors, lenders, rating agencies, and capital providers. Develops financial and board materials, prepares executives for stakeholder engagements, strengthens public-company reporting and governance practices, analyzes performance and market sentiment, and supports capital structure, refinancing, IPO readiness, and other liquidity initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional inputs across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Communications, and executive leadership while initially handling administrative processes such as investor scheduling, capitalization tables, and debt schedules.
