Generates qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, discovery conversations, account intelligence, and coordinated outreach. The role uses Salesforce, AV360, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prioritize accounts, identify buying signals, maintain CRM accuracy, and schedule opportunities for Account Executives. It also manages low-risk contracts, Statements of Work, renewals, and related transactional opportunities while collaborating with Marketing, Sales Operations, and internal stakeholders.

Provide senior-level ownership for AWS cloud platform operations, automation, and reliability. Support infrastructure provisioning, EKS/Kubernetes operations, EC2/AMI lifecycle, observability, incident response, patching, cost optimization, CI/CD automation, documentation, runbooks, and mentoring. Participate in on-call rotation, incident handling, and cross-team collaboration to ensure secure, scalable cloud operations.

Designs, implements, and maintains cloud and on‑prem network infrastructure with IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible), supports AWS environments, builds CI/CD pipelines, authors technical documentation, troubleshoots escalations, and collaborates with Cloud Architects and product teams in a remote Agile environment.
