Own large, complex health plan accounts and serve as the primary customer success contact. Build executive-level relationships, manage escalations, coordinate with Engineering, Product, and internal teams, and drive issue resolution. Improve customer satisfaction, retention, and account outcomes while identifying opportunities to expand value and protect recurring revenue.

Define enterprise cloud database strategy and architecture standards while leading large-scale modernization, migration, high-availability, disaster-recovery, and multi-region initiatives. Design secure, scalable database platforms across AWS and multiple database technologies; establish governance, observability, backup, recovery, and cost-optimization practices. Partner with engineering, security, infrastructure, and business leaders, provide architectural guidance, influence technical direction, and mentor database engineering teams.

Own product outcomes and strategy for technically complex healthcare technology products. Define roadmaps, goals, KPIs, and platform capabilities involving APIs, workflow automation, data, eligibility and benefits, insurance discovery, and payer-provider collaboration. Lead cross-functional teams through influence, translate customer and market insights into product decisions, drive adoption, and communicate priorities and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.
