Support hub warehouse operations by managing inventory, picking and packing orders, processing returns, restocking merchandise, assisting customers with automotive parts, and maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficient teamwork. The role requires lifting and moving merchandise, schedule flexibility, and adherence to OSHA guidelines. Warehouse, logistics, shipping and receiving experience is preferred, while bilingual Spanish-English communication is an advantage.

Supports AutoZone commercial sales and service by assisting customers, managing orders, billing, inventory, deliveries, returns, and collections. Builds commercial accounts through outreach and visits, inspects deliveries, monitors vehicle safety and maintenance, and leads the department when the manager is absent. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, safety awareness, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Supports store management through leadership development, customer service, employee training, inventory and merchandising oversight, sales management, operational compliance, and P&L analysis. The role provides structured training and hands-on assignments to prepare the Manager in Training for promotion to a retail store management position within approximately 8–12 weeks, subject to performance and management availability.
