Support commercial sales and service operations by assisting customers with product selection and orders, managing billing and deliveries, performing account visits and outreach, handling inventory and returns, following cash and safety procedures, and leading the commercial team in the manager's absence.

Lead and manage an assigned regional sales team of Business Solutions Managers to meet/exceed quotas. Drive forecasting, pipeline management, route planning, coaching, certification, MSD activity tracking, cross-functional coordination, and policy implementation. Conduct frequent ride-alongs and ~75% travel to support territory performance and staff development.

Train to assume retail store management responsibilities including team leadership, customer service excellence, inventory and sales oversight, P&L analysis, staffing and training, and ensuring operational compliance. Progression to manager is performance-based within an 8–12 week training period.
