The Field Life Agent solicits and sells Life and Health insurance products, develops leads, prepares proposals, and meets sales goals while collaborating with branch teams to drive business.

Provide product management support for property/casualty insurance products including pricing, statistical analysis, regulatory and marketing tasks. Gather, analyze, and interpret data, recommend improvements, support product implementation, develop rate/rule changes, create and manage policyholder document mock-ups, and act as a resource for junior staff.

Manage daily general ledger accounting for cash receipts, disbursements, fixed assets, and tax compliance. Serve as Workday process owner for Expenses and Supplier Accounts, oversee payment operations, reconciliations, audits, controls, and year-end activities. Lead process improvements, system enhancements, budgeting, and a team of accounting staff while partnering with Finance, AP, Payroll, IT, and operational teams.

Manage and execute internal audits across a multi-state organization to strengthen controls, identify improvement opportunities, lead audit staff, coordinate with external auditors, present findings to management, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and professional audit standards.
