Own the full sales cycle for mid-market solar and energy accounts, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. Responsibilities include achieving ARR quotas, building pipeline, managing multi-stakeholder deals, conducting solution presentations with Solutions Architects, maintaining Salesforce forecasts, collaborating with Marketing and SDR teams, attending industry events, and sharing market feedback with leadership.

Lead Aurora’s business systems function and team, owning Salesforce, billing, ERP, CRM, integrations, and commercial technology architecture. Drive quote-to-cash automation, systems roadmaps, governance, data quality, implementations, vendor relationships, budgeting, and SOX-ready controls. Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to scale usage-based and subscription operations across geographies while reducing technical debt and improving system reliability.

Build and maintain backend computation engines for solar and electrical design. Develop simulation and optimization systems for PV and battery storage layouts, component selection, and electrical configuration. Translate physical models into reliable, scalable software, shape computation infrastructure, write tested code, mentor teammates, collaborate cross-functionally, and own services through production and on-call support.
