Build and maintain backend computation engines for solar and electrical design. Develop simulation and optimization systems for PV and battery storage layouts, component selection, and electrical configuration. Translate physical models into reliable, scalable software, shape computation infrastructure, write tested code, mentor teammates, collaborate cross-functionally, and own services through production and on-call support.

Manage and grow a high-volume portfolio of mid-market SaaS accounts, driving retention, early renewals, upsells, and expansion. Use Salesforce, AI-assisted workflows, account health signals, and structured outreach to support onboarding, identify risks, and uncover expansion opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM data, improve scalable account-management processes, document playbooks, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, RevOps, and GTM Operations to improve customer outcomes.

The FP&A Manager owns budgeting, forecasting, monthly and quarterly planning, Board reporting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. The role partners with cross-functional leaders to improve decision-making, operating efficiency, revenue, and cost management. Responsibilities also include administering and evolving Pigment, automating planning processes, tracking KPIs, and communicating financial insights to executives and the Board.
