Teams at Aurora Organic Dairy

Manages Aurora Organic Dairy’s third-party warehouse and shuttle network, including partner performance, capacity, inventory accuracy, costs, invoicing, and service improvements. Leads the coordination team, oversees inventory reconciliation and daily shuttle execution, resolves operational issues, and provides performance and risk visibility to leadership. Collaborates across supply chain, production, sales, customer service, and plant operations in a 24/7 environment. Travel to facilities and 3PL sites is required as needed.

Owns inventory and manufacturing cost accounting, month-end close, product standard costing, budgeting, variance analysis, inventory reconciliation, and financial reporting. Partners with Operations, FP&A, IT, and Finance leadership to improve costing processes, maintain ERP data, develop SQL/SSRS reports, strengthen controls, and automate workflows. Supports external production accounting, audits, general ledger integrity, and management reporting in a complex dairy manufacturing environment.

Provides daily administrative support for a farm, including invoice processing, cattle and feed data entry, organic records, reports, documentation, payroll, inventory, and meeting coordination. Supports new-hire orientation, HR paperwork, truck drivers, farm managers, supervisors, visitors, and applicants. Requires Spanish bilingual skills, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and regular travel to remote facilities.
