Supports finance operations across construction draws, property insurance, grant reimbursements, budgeting, financial reporting, audits, reconciliations, and analysis. Coordinates monthly processes for real estate developments and homeless assistance programs while contributing to software improvements, research, problem-solving, and management reporting.

Manage a 25–30-family caseload receiving rental subsidies, providing goal-oriented case management focused on income growth, asset building, financial wellness, and self-sufficiency. Conduct screenings, home visits, motivational interviewing, milestone tracking, referrals, and documentation. Build partnerships with financial, housing, and workforce organizations; coordinate workshops; and advise Resident Councils at two properties. Occasional evening work, local travel, and community events are required.

Leads supportive housing services for a 43-unit permanent supportive housing community. Supervises two Peer Support Specialists, maintains a direct caseload, conducts assessments and service planning, coordinates care, responds to crises, supports housing stability, and oversees Medicaid billing, documentation, compliance, audits, quality assurance, and performance metrics. The manager collaborates with property management, behavioral health providers, healthcare organizations, and community partners while developing service protocols and ensuring trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, resident-centered care.
