Perform reliability engineering and safety analyses (FMEA/FMECA, PRA, FTA) for launch vehicles and spacecraft, collaborate with design teams, develop assurance products, present findings to program management and customers.

Support development, verification, and testing of ground support equipment (mechanical or electrical) for launch vehicle operations. Create and manage requirements, perform system analysis (FMEA/Fishbone), collaborate with GSE design teams, ensure safety and quality compliance, support integration, and participate in design reviews and testing.

Designs, develops, and maintains complex ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and portals across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. The role provides technical architecture, troubleshooting, performance optimization, deployment governance, documentation, code reviews, and mentorship. It requires collaboration with technical and business stakeholders in an Agile environment, management of REST and SOAP integrations, adherence to security and change-control standards, and participation as a technical subject matter expert.
