Own post-go-live customer relationships to drive adoption, engagement, and renewals. Monitor health metrics, conduct strategic reviews, surface data-driven insights, resolve risks cross-functionally, identify expansion opportunities, and advocate customer needs to Product, Implementation, and Support.
