Provide administrative support for Talent & Culture, serve as first point of contact for team members, coordinate training and development, manage compliance (Workers Compensation, OSHA), and support culture-building activities and policy implementation to foster an inclusive workplace.

Oversee day-to-day Talent & Culture operations, supervise HR staff, advise managers on employee relations, administer benefits and compliance, support talent acquisition, learning and development, DEI, and team engagement initiatives for a luxury resort.

Greet guests, assist with transporting luggage, coordinate transportation and local information, receive and deliver packages, and communicate guest requests to hotel departments to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Lead and train engineering and landscape staff; manage work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, vendor coordination, O&M manuals, scheduling, and departmental expenses. Respond to guest requests, maintain knowledge of resort systems, enforce safety procedures, and keep contractor licenses and insurance current.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, electrical motors, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems. Respond to guest requests and emergencies, follow safety procedures, log work, and support sustainability initiatives. Maintain knowledge of fire, well water, septic, and irrigation systems.

Lead talent and culture initiatives and steward employee experience. Manage HR processes, compliance, payroll support, recruiting, J-1 visa liaison, employee records, and recognition programs while supporting department leaders.

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, record journal entries, support month-end close and financial reporting, reconcile bank/AP/AR, process expense reports, assist audits, and contribute to budgeting and variance analysis.

Maintain cleanliness of public areas (corridors, lobbies, restrooms), support event setup/breakdown, transport linens and supplies, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and report maintenance issues to ensure guest-ready public spaces.

Perform building maintenance and technical repairs including electrical motors, HVAC/refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, painting, minor automotive, and audiovisual equipment. Respond to guest requests and emergencies, follow safety procedures, log work, and maintain knowledge of fire, water, septic, and irrigation systems. Support sustainability initiatives.

Hands-on leader overseeing daily maintenance and repair of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, spa/pool, carpentry). Supervise and schedule engineering staff, manage work orders and preventive maintenance, coordinate vendors and projects, assist with budgeting and compliance, and maintain safety and maintenance documentation to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Lead and maintain the property's IT infrastructure and security, provide end-user support and training, manage IT projects and vendor contracts, ensure compliance (PCI/GDPR), maintain backups and connectivity, and provide on-call and AV support to optimize guest and operational technology services.

Welcome and assist guests by transporting luggage, arranging transportation, providing local information, receiving and delivering packages, and coordinating guest requests with hotel departments to ensure a seamless, hospitable arrival and stay.

Lead and manage the engineering team to maintain and repair building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, spa/pool, carpentry), oversee budgets and projects, ensure code and safety compliance, collaborate on facility improvements and energy efficiency, and handle administrative reporting and inspections.
