Lead an on-site team of 8–12 Tier II network engineers supporting Intelligence Community communications. Manage operations, maintenance, training, vendor coordination, SLA/SLO compliance, quality control, and process improvement while partnering with design engineers and program leadership.

Drive revenue by hunting new B2B accounts, managing client relationships, delivering AT&T mobility and connectivity solutions, meeting sales targets, preparing RFP responses, and resolving customer issues through field visits and office collaboration.

Lead and supervise DNOC network operations supporting government customer: manage and train NOC staff, administer LAN/WAN hardware and software, perform incident response and escalation, implement monitoring/testing methodologies, manage configuration and asset records, troubleshoot vendor issues, and evaluate new network technologies.
