Designs, plans, and implements secure government networks (WAN/LAN/CAN) and Command & Telemetry solutions using KRATOS/ARKA. Provides technical direction, creates installation and transition documentation, supports RS422 serial communications, and configures routing/network protocols (BGP, VRF, VLAN, NTP). Onsite at Colorado Springs; supports classified, multi-level communications.

Manage and account for all COMSEC material for a subaccount, enforce COMSEC policies and procedures, conduct keying and Two-Person-Integrity handling, train personnel, process transfers/destructions/inventories, support installations and troubleshooting, and report COMSEC incidents. Must work on-site and coordinate with program office for material disposition and requests.

Field-based acquisition sales role owning a defined territory to prospect, set appointments, and close new business with small and mid-sized companies. Manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM (Salesforce), sell AT&T solutions (wireless, fiber, internet, voice, SDN, cybersecurity), build pipeline, and collaborate with team from assigned office when needed.
