Lead an on-site team of 8–12 Tier II network engineers supporting Intelligence Community communications. Manage operations, maintenance, training, vendor coordination, SLA/SLO compliance, quality control, and process improvement while partnering with design engineers and program leadership.

Lead and supervise DNOC network operations supporting government customer: manage and train NOC staff, administer LAN/WAN hardware and software, perform incident response and escalation, implement monitoring/testing methodologies, manage configuration and asset records, troubleshoot vendor issues, and evaluate new network technologies.

Hunt and close B2B mobility sales within an assigned territory by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and door knocking. Engage clients to identify needs, develop proposals and RFP responses, manage sales funnels/CRM, grow accounts, and implement retention strategies. Field-heavy role requiring a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to meet sales targets.
