Designs, plans, and implements secure government networks (WAN/LAN/CAN) and Command & Telemetry solutions using KRATOS/ARKA. Provides technical direction, creates installation and transition documentation, supports RS422 serial communications, and configures routing/network protocols (BGP, VRF, VLAN, NTP). Onsite at Colorado Springs; supports classified, multi-level communications.

Manage and account for all COMSEC material for a subaccount, enforce COMSEC policies and procedures, conduct keying and Two-Person-Integrity handling, train personnel, process transfers/destructions/inventories, support installations and troubleshooting, and report COMSEC incidents. Must work on-site and coordinate with program office for material disposition and requests.

Field-based acquisition sales role owning a defined territory to prospect, set appointments, and close new business with small and mid-sized companies. Manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM (Salesforce), sell AT&T solutions (wireless, fiber, internet, voice, SDN, cybersecurity), build pipeline, and collaborate with team from assigned office when needed.

Design, document, and implement campus and LAN network solutions for a government enterprise. Build secure designs aligned with DISA STIGs, test in lab, migrate users with minimal impact, support operations troubleshooting, and supervise network specialists. Work onsite supporting global network modernization.

Lead an on-site team of 8–12 Tier II network engineers supporting Intelligence Community communications. Manage operations, maintenance, training, vendor coordination, SLA/SLO compliance, quality control, and process improvement while partnering with design engineers and program leadership.

Lead and supervise DNOC network operations supporting government customer: manage and train NOC staff, administer LAN/WAN hardware and software, perform incident response and escalation, implement monitoring/testing methodologies, manage configuration and asset records, troubleshoot vendor issues, and evaluate new network technologies.
