Develops and productizes micro-scale actuator platforms through multiphysics modeling, custom MEMS process development, microfabrication, characterization, and manufacturing scale-up. Responsibilities include thin-film deposition and etching, materials engineering, process optimization for yield and manufacturability, SEM and C-V characterization, and accelerated stress testing.
