Own the technical success of reseller and partnership accounts. Coordinate partner, customer, and internal teams; manage scopes, timelines, risks, and ownership; advise on integrations and support workflows; create enablement materials; lead status calls; and identify recurring issues for scalable process improvements.

Build and maintain automation and API integration solutions using Node.js and TypeScript. Reverse-engineer web APIs, handle bot-detection mitigation, implement scalable data extraction, own SDLC including QA and deployments, and collaborate with teams to deliver production-ready features.
