Lead video growth strategy and manage a team driving performance across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Own creator program and talent partnerships, integrate creator content with newsroom workflows, translate analytics into recommendations for leadership, support branded content pitches, and design processes for content packaging, SEO, and community engagement across time zones.

Lead and manage audience growth strategies across social media platforms and creator channels, focusing on creative content and P&L management. Responsibilities include developing growth goals, monitoring analytics, and team leadership.
