Manage systems engineering artifacts, technical baselines, requirements, interfaces, budgets, risks, and mission concepts. Lead payload deployment and hosting interfaces, serve as technical liaison to prime contractors, and support international working groups. Oversee assembly, integration, and test through technical readiness reviews, satellite delivery, launch integration, and commissioning while ensuring flight safety, licensing, cost, and schedule compliance.

Leads the sales operations function, including market intelligence, CRM management, pipeline analytics, forecasting, proposal operations, and performance reporting. Manages sales operations and proposal teams, improves workflows and win rates, develops executive dashboards, and partners with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership on strategic planning, compensation, quotas, and business insights.
