Own full-cycle enterprise sales for Astra’s payments and financial technology platform, from prospecting through procurement, technical review, legal, and signature. Build executive relationships, navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals, displace incumbent providers, forecast pipeline, and develop outbound strategies. Partner with engineering, integrations, and compliance teams while influencing product and go-to-market strategy. Mentor account executives and apply AI tools to improve research and sales workflows.

Own Astra’s platform product strategy across APIs, developer experience, control plane, webhooks, extensibility, observability, and reliability. Define API standards, write technical product specifications, shape the roadmap, conduct customer discovery, and partner with engineering, solutions, documentation, and go-to-market teams. The role requires deep platform and API expertise, systems-level product judgment, exceptional writing, and principal-level influence. Travel is expected up to approximately 15% annually.

Build and own core platform infrastructure, including Terraform, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, observability, monitoring, alerting, secrets management, and deployment abstractions. Partner with product engineers to improve delivery speed and reliability, support GCP messaging infrastructure, develop compliance tooling, improve cost visibility, and independently operate production systems in a regulated fintech environment.
