Provide end-to-end operational and policy support for the Board of Directors and committees: coordinate meetings/logistics, prepare legally defensible minutes, ensure bylaw and governance compliance, manage ethics disclosures and rosters, oversee budgets and procurement, support executives and board leadership, monitor performance and action items, and maintain confidentiality.

Lead AMPP’s External Education program, managing $20M+ budget, global training centers, 350+ instructors, and 14,000+ annual learners. Set strategy, KPIs, partnerships, accreditation compliance (IACET/ISO), business development, and board/committee governance while overseeing staff performance and program growth.

Lead global marketing and sales strategy for AMPP's products, programs, and services. Oversee brand, demand generation, digital marketing, analytics, martech, creative, sales enablement, and global account management to drive revenue, membership, and engagement. Build high-performing teams, partner cross-functionally, and manage budgets, partners, and global go-to-market execution.
