Serves as the primary contact for residential owners, managing reservations, vacation selections, rental programs, revenue assignments, reporting, and owner communications. Builds owner relationships, resolves concerns, coordinates with property departments, supports owner events, maintains accurate reservation records, and assists with property operations as Manager on Duty. Requires strong hospitality, organizational, communication, problem-solving, reconciliation, and customer service skills.

Cleans, sanitizes, organizes, and stores dishes, flatware, cookware, kitchen equipment, and work areas. Operates and maintains the dish machine, supports food delivery storage and basic food preparation, follows preparation lists, maintains safety standards, and reports equipment or product issues. This seasonal full-time role requires teamwork, schedule flexibility, extended standing, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Coordinates food orders between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring correct priority, timing, presentation, temperature, and delivery. Assists with final dish preparation, kitchen organization, sanitation, cleaning, food delivery rotation, and guest service. Requires the ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff, use kitchen equipment, carry trays, and stand for extended periods in demanding conditions.
