Manage comprehensive HR functions for Aspen Highlands, including onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, leave administration, training, and employee records. Advise managers and employees on policies, investigations, and workplace matters while ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational procedures.

Leads enterprise procurement excellence strategy, operating-model governance, Coupa and Source-to-Pay technology optimization, procurement analytics, inventory data governance, controls, adoption, and continuous improvement. Oversees procurement operations, supplier enablement, KPI and savings frameworks, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, Accounts Payable, Operations, and business leaders. Manages three direct reports and develops a high-performing procurement team.

Coordinates high-volume recruiting for hospitality roles by screening candidates, maintaining ATS records, communicating with hiring managers, sourcing applicants, supporting job fairs and recruiting events, and ensuring hiring processes follow established procedures. The role also advises candidates, trains hiring managers and new coordinators, tracks staffing progress, resolves recruiting issues, and provides a positive candidate and manager experience.
