Lead paid media strategy and execution across Limelight Hotels, The Little Nell, and Nell New York. Build full-funnel media plans, manage budgets and vendors, execute campaigns on social/search/programmatic and travel channels, optimize toward KPIs, run creative tests, build dashboards, and align media with revenue and brand teams to drive awareness and direct bookings.

Lead daily ticket office operations and supervise sales agents to ensure excellent guest service and sales performance. Manage scheduling, training, cash handling, and POS/reservation systems. Analyze performance metrics, resolve guest issues, support sales initiatives, and work across locations to maintain smooth ticketing and sales operations.

Manage and lead the snowmaking team and operations, maintain and repair compressors, pumps, and control systems, plan and install snowmaking projects, manage budgets, oversee summer maintenance, ensure safety and compliance, and support cross-department collaboration.
