Lead accounting for multiple clients—primarily commercial real estate—managing month-end close, property-level accounting (tenant ledgers, CAM reconciliations, ASC 842), lender reporting, intercompany consolidations, payroll oversight, and financial reporting/KPI dashboards. Serve as a trusted advisor to startups and SMEs, support audits and tax engagements, and may supervise a Senior Accountant while delivering high-quality client service across diverse industries.
