Lead customer lifecycle management from onboarding to ongoing account support. Serve as primary contact and escalation point, manage NetSuite customer setup, oversee invoicing/pricing, deliver recurring reports and analytics, maintain ICFR controls, support audits, train staff, and drive process improvements across Sales, Finance, and Customer Service.
