The Senior SDET develops and maintains regression automation, performs manual and automated testing across smoke, integration, performance, and regression scenarios, and documents defects and test results. The role collaborates with product and customer-facing teams throughout the SDLC, contributes to planning and quality processes, maintains GitHub automation repositories, identifies quality risks, and participates in on-call support.

Lead the design, productionization, and operation of machine learning and agentic AI capabilities. Partner with product engineering, shape AI/ML architecture, build evaluation systems and data pipelines, and develop reliable MLOps tooling. Champion responsible AI, safety, latency, cost, and error handling. Serve as a technical resource for engineers, influence direction, mentor others, and occasionally explain AI functionality to customers or customer-facing teams.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns. Prospect enterprise executives, pitch Arkestro, qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, meet outbound activity KPIs, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide feedback to sales leadership. The role requires enterprise appointment-setting experience, SaaS sales background, quota attainment, strong communication, and proficiency with HubSpot and pipeline-generation tools.
