Provide routine administrative and clerical support for the Simulation Education Center: schedule meetings and travel, prepare and maintain electronic documents/files and reports, assist with data collection/backups and budget information, support personnel changes, and perform other assigned duties. Day shift, Monday–Friday.

Supervise payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and payments, compliance with IRS and external reporting, and documentation of payroll processes. Lead payroll system testing and upgrades, resolve technical payroll issues, manage benefit setup and deduction codes, identify process improvements, and serve as subject-matter expert and escalation point. Provide backup payroll processing support and oversee personnel actions for the payroll team.

Provide competent, family-centered pediatric rheumatology nursing care including assessment, planning, education, clinical judgment, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, evidence-based practice, mentoring, and participation in quality improvement and hospital initiatives during regular clinic hours.

Provide autonomous, family-centered critical care for pediatric cardiovascular ICU patients on night shift. Assess, plan, prioritize, and deliver safe nursing care, respond to condition changes, document care, educate families, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, participate in quality improvement, mentor staff, and engage in unit initiatives.

Provides competent, autonomous pediatric surgical nursing on a 7p-7a schedule: assesses patients, implements plans of care, responds to clinical changes, educates families, practices evidence-based care, mentors staff, participates in interdisciplinary teams, quality improvement, and hospital initiatives.

Perform routine and specialized diagnostic ultrasound exams under radiologist direction; recognize and report urgent findings; troubleshoot equipment; explain procedures to patients and families; know emergency equipment and maintain work area. Performs other duties as assigned.

Provides competent, family-centered pediatric nursing on a surgical unit (3D/3E). Independently assesses patients, implements and evaluates care plans, documents clinical status, educates families, responds to condition changes, practices evidence-based care, participates in interdisciplinary rounds, mentors staff and students, and contributes to quality improvement and hospital initiatives.

Provides competent, autonomous pediatric nursing care for vascular access patients on the night shift. Performs assessments, develops and implements plans of care, responds to changes in condition, documents and communicates with the interdisciplinary team, educates patients/families, advances evidence-based practice, mentors colleagues, and participates in quality improvement and hospital initiatives.

Provide proficient, family-centered nursing care for pediatric patients with complex needs. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care; mentor staff; lead quality improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, education, and participate in committees and initiatives.

Provide autonomous, family-centered nursing care in the NICU, using critical thinking to assess, plan, prioritize, and respond to changes in neonatal patient condition. Deliver developmental and culturally appropriate care and education, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, mentor staff/students, engage in quality improvement, and advance evidence-based practice.

Provide autonomous, family-centered nursing care for pediatric burn patients on the night shift. Assess, plan, prioritize, and deliver safe clinical care; document and communicate effectively; educate families; respond to changes in condition; participate in interdisciplinary teams, quality improvement, mentoring, and hospital initiatives.

Provide competent, developmentally appropriate pediatric neuroscience nursing in an outpatient clinic. Assess patients, implement and evaluate individualized plans of care, educate families, document, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, participate in quality improvement, mentoring, and hospital initiatives, and ensure patient advocacy and safety.

Provide basic patient care and clerical support on night shift, including activities of daily living, obtaining and documenting vital signs, maintaining patient charts, reporting condition changes to licensed staff, ensuring supplies and equipment, and assisting with a safe, family-centered care environment.

Provides competent, family-centered pediatric nursing across multiple hospital areas. Assesses patients, implements care plans, documents care, responds to changes in condition, educates families, mentors staff, and participates in quality improvement and interdisciplinary activities.

Provide proficient, family-centered pediatric nursing care for increasingly complex patients on the night shift. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care; mentor and precept staff and students; lead quality improvement and interdisciplinary initiatives; serve on committees, act as a resource and super-user for equipment and training, and participate in community health promotion. Must follow policies, regulatory standards, and promote evidence-based practice.

Provide comprehensive respiratory care for pediatric patients, including diagnostic testing (blood, sputum, breath), pulmonary function measurement, administering physician-ordered treatments, recognizing and responding to emergencies, participating in performance improvement, and ensuring proper supplies and equipment management during night shifts.
