Performs routine and specialized pediatric ultrasound exams under radiologist direction, learns to recognize urgent findings, troubleshoots equipment, explains procedures to patients/families, maintains work area, and completes other assigned duties.

Provide autonomous, family-centered critical care for pediatric cardiovascular ICU patients on night shift. Assess, plan, prioritize, and deliver safe nursing care, respond to condition changes, document care, educate families, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, participate in quality improvement, mentor staff, and engage in unit initiatives.

Provides competent, autonomous pediatric nursing care for vascular access patients on the night shift. Performs assessments, develops and implements plans of care, responds to changes in condition, documents and communicates with the interdisciplinary team, educates patients/families, advances evidence-based practice, mentors colleagues, and participates in quality improvement and hospital initiatives.

Provides competent, family-centered pediatric nursing on a surgical unit (3D/3E). Independently assesses patients, implements and evaluates care plans, documents clinical status, educates families, responds to condition changes, practices evidence-based care, participates in interdisciplinary rounds, mentors staff and students, and contributes to quality improvement and hospital initiatives.

Provide comprehensive respiratory care for pediatric patients, including diagnostic testing (blood, sputum, breath), pulmonary function measurement, administering physician-ordered treatments, recognizing and responding to emergencies, participating in performance improvement, and ensuring proper supplies and equipment management during night shifts.

Provide autonomous, family-centered nursing care for pediatric burn patients on the night shift. Assess, plan, prioritize, and deliver safe clinical care; document and communicate effectively; educate families; respond to changes in condition; participate in interdisciplinary teams, quality improvement, mentoring, and hospital initiatives.

Manage utilization review for behavioral health: perform concurrent and retrospective chart reviews, process prior authorizations, consult multidisciplinary teams, represent with payers on appeals, provide training, supervise clinicians, support quality and accreditation, and ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.

Provides autonomous, patient- and family-centered pediatric behavioral health nursing. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care; documents, educates families, participates in interdisciplinary teams, mentors staff, and advances evidence-based practice.

Provide autonomous, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a pediatric GI and GYN clinic. Assess patients, develop and document plans of care, educate families, respond to clinical changes, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, participate in quality improvement, mentoring, and hospital committees. Part-time PRN role with variable Monday–Friday shifts.

Provides autonomous, family-centered nursing care in a pediatric burn unit. Provide autonomous, family-centered nursing care in the NICU, using critical thinking to assess, plan, prioritize, and respond to changes in neonatal patient condition. Deliver developmental and culturally appropriate care and education, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, mentor staff/students, engage in quality improvement, and advance evidence-based practice.

Provide proficient, family-centered nursing care for pediatric patients with complex needs. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care; mentor staff; lead quality improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, education, and participate in committees and initiatives.

Provide competent, family-centered pediatric rheumatology nursing care including assessment, planning, education, clinical judgment, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, evidence-based practice, mentoring, and participation in quality improvement and hospital initiatives during regular clinic hours.

Provide basic patient care and clerical support on night shift, including activities of daily living, obtaining and documenting vital signs, maintaining patient charts, reporting condition changes to licensed staff, ensuring supplies and equipment, and assisting with a safe, family-centered care environment.

Collect and process blood and urine specimens for inpatient and outpatient patients, perform phlebotomy, aliquot and transport samples, maintain supplies and clean draw room, assist with specimen shipping, perform clerical/call center tasks, and educate/train families and staff.
