Provide high-level technical support for Arista products by troubleshooting hardware, software and cloud service issues, communicating with customers and development teams, reproducing problems in lab environments, documenting recurring issues, and recommending corrective actions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Provide Tier-3 technical support for Arista networking products: troubleshoot complex customer environments, resolve installation/operation/compatibility issues, use packet and test tools, document incidents, and collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales to drive customer success.

Develop and operate Arista’s FedRAMP CloudVision SaaS platform at scale. Responsibilities include improving reliability, scalability, observability, autoscaling, disaster recovery, capacity planning, CI/CD, network architecture, cost optimization, and cloud application security. The role develops and manages Kubernetes-native services, distributed databases, and automation using technologies such as GCP, GKE, Go, Python, Ansible, Pulumi, and Bash. Participation in a FedRAMP on-call rotation is required.

Assist with financial and operational audits, evaluating internal controls, analyzing data for risks, and contributing to audit reports.

Lead a global team to manage and ensure the operational health of the NetSuite ERP system, overseeing incident management, support processes, system configuration and compliance with SOX standards.
