Supports enterprise growth through strategic market research, business analytics, account intelligence, and AI innovation. The intern will research companies and competitors, analyze market trends, prepare strategic presentations, and help design and test AI agents and intelligent workflows for automated research and reporting. The role collaborates with Sales and Marketing while identifying ways to improve productivity and decision-making using generative AI and emerging technologies.

Own pipeline generation and enterprise sales for AI data operations services, including data collection, annotation, human-in-the-loop QA, preference data, model evaluation, red-teaming, and conversational or multimodal datasets. Scope deliverable programs with operations and AI engineering, lead proposals and negotiations, close new enterprise logos, and provide buyer insights for roadmap development.

Leads client relationships and customer success for assigned accounts, ensuring contractual performance, profitability, SLA compliance, and client satisfaction. Oversees vendor performance, scorecards, quality controls, reporting, audits, financial analysis, and monthly and quarterly business reviews. Develops vendor statements of work, resolves performance issues, mentors customer success managers, supports business development, and collaborates with analytics, learning, forecasting, and operations teams.
