Owner of the value program delivering tailored presentations, building business cases, conducting market and customer research, and creating tools/content to demonstrate product value. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to embed value messaging, design processes, and enable stakeholders to drive pipeline and customer outcomes.

Design, build, and operate AI-driven systems, agents, and automated workflows to scale marketing content, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market operations. Create prompt libraries, evaluation frameworks, and reusable playbooks; run experiments, measure impact, and partner with product marketing, analyst relations, and communications to operationalize AI across the marketing organization.

Design, implement, and evolve enterprise IT architecture solutions across cloud/hybrid, SaaS, and on‑prem platforms. Lead cross-functional architecture initiatives, define integration approaches, support AI/automation enablement, ensure security and governance alignment, optimize performance and cost, mentor teams, and contribute to standards, vendor evaluations, and modernization efforts.
