Prospect new partners, negotiate standard agreements, generate partner-sourced referrals, develop field-representative programs, coordinate events, and maintain partner relationships. Track meetings, partners, referrals, demos, and wins in CRM and referral platforms. The role requires quota-carrying sales experience, partner recruitment expertise, strong presentation skills, commercial judgment, and travel for conferences and partner events.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for dental clinical products covering charting, treatment planning, documentation, imaging, and AI capabilities. Partner with engineering, design, regulatory, sales, marketing, and customer success to translate clinical workflows into trusted products. Engage dentists and clinical teams, define analytics and success metrics, launch new capabilities, and ensure FDA and HIPAA compliance.
