Leads the global revenue operations function across forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory and quota planning, CRM management, reporting, and data governance. Manages analysts and CRM professionals, establishes sales operating cadences, oversees forecast accuracy and pipeline coverage, and partners with Finance, Deal Desk, and Salesforce engineering. Provides executive insights on performance, win/loss trends, retention, pricing, and revenue reconciliation while driving process improvements and systems development.

Own end-to-end SRE projects and hybrid infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments. Lead architecture, Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, FinOps, database reliability, security, incident response, automation, and documentation. Serve as a technical anchor through design reviews, complex debugging, mentorship, and platform strategy while participating in on-call and post-incident improvements.

Generate qualified enterprise sales meetings through persistent, multi-channel outreach, including cold calls, personalized emails, video, and social selling. Partner with Account Executives to identify and penetrate target accounts, lead initial discovery meetings, uncover energy management needs, and deliver compelling product overviews. Maintain sales activity and pipeline quotas while adapting prospecting strategies based on client feedback.
