Develop and execute content strategy across social, blog, and email; plan and run marketing campaigns; perform targeted outreach and partnership development; manage social platforms and Discord community; engage with customers; monitor analytics and maintain consistent brand voice.

Provide executive support to founders while acting as primary customer and partner contact: manage calendars, handle high-volume customer inquiries via Stripe and Proton Mail, analyze feedback into reports, implement automation and standardized replies, coordinate developer partners and vendors, arrange travel, take meeting minutes, and maintain professional documentation and discretion.

Lead the end-user experience across a connected hardware ecosystem, including mobile, BLE, cloud, web, and e-commerce products. Responsibilities include BLE pairing and provisioning, OTA update systems, device APIs, authentication, content entitlements, infrastructure, and UX quality. The role partners closely with the CTO and cross-functional stakeholders to set technical direction, make product trade-offs, and improve reliability across the device and software ecosystem.
