Translates client goals into measurable marketing objectives, oversees campaign planning, builds, QA, approvals, and deployment, and advises on segmentation, personalization, testing, and optimization. Supports account renewals and expansion, improves internal processes, mentors team members, and contributes to resourcing, forecasting, and capacity planning.
