Drive new-logo growth by prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, and closing enterprise SaaS and cloud solution sales to independent insurance agencies. Develop consultative business plans with Solution Consultants, follow up on leads, identify target opportunities, attend industry events, and maintain post-sale relationships. The role is remote within Denver, North Texas, or Oklahoma and requires up to 50% territory travel.

Support Salesforce administration, configuration, automation, data quality, security, user permissions, and ticket triage. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, maintain documentation, monitor platform processes, and collaborate with senior team members. The role also involves building and monitoring internal process automations using Claude.

Leads enterprise-scale data architecture across batch, streaming, warehouse, lakehouse, transactional, AI, and vector-store use cases. Establishes data quality, governance, lineage, observability, access-control, and reliability standards. Defines AI-enabled data engineering patterns, mentors engineers, resolves complex architecture issues, and influences cross-functional roadmaps. Requires hands-on technical leadership and 15+ years of software, data engineering, or architecture experience.
