Supports U.S. Government acquisition and sustainment contracting for Space Domain Awareness systems. Analyzes requirements, develops procurement strategies and solicitation packages, reviews proposals, supports price negotiations, administers contracts and modifications, manages incentive fee plans, and ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, and ITAR requirements. Maintains contract data in ConWrite or CONIT and collaborates with government, legal, technical, program, and senior leadership teams. Occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel is required.

Administer and support JIRA and Confluence environments for DoD programs, including workflow configuration, dashboards, permissions, automation, integrations, troubleshooting, user training, security compliance, migrations, and change management. Collaborate with program and technical teams to implement scalable enterprise collaboration solutions aligned with Agile development, cybersecurity, and data management requirements.

The Network Operations Lead ensures seamless transition to vendor services for military networks, managing operations, SLAs, and technical guidance for integration and modernization efforts.
