Systems Engineers support intelligence and geospatial software development for NGA. Responsibilities include defining requirements, designing interfaces, creating system models, analyzing integrations, supporting architecture decisions, maintaining documentation and traceability, conducting user outreach, developing training materials, and participating in Scrum ceremonies. The role requires collaboration with product owners, developers, testers, UX professionals, and end users while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Administer and support JIRA and Confluence environments for DoD programs, including workflow configuration, dashboards, permissions, automation, integrations, troubleshooting, user training, security compliance, migrations, and change management. Collaborate with program and technical teams to implement scalable enterprise collaboration solutions aligned with Agile development, cybersecurity, and data management requirements.

Design, build, and maintain responsive, accessible front-end web interfaces using modern frameworks and libraries. Implement JavaScript-driven functionality, integrate RESTful APIs, follow Section 508 accessibility, use Git/GitHub, participate in agile teams, translate designs into responsive layouts, and contribute to full-stack workflows and best practices.
