Lead Oracle Cloud HCM functional consulting engagements, serving as a subject matter expert and workstream lead. Configure HCM modules, gather requirements, design and architect solutions, conduct testing, document configurations, and guide clients through implementations and go-lives. Support Benefits and other HCM areas, educate stakeholders, mentor staff, assist with project supervision, and maintain current product expertise. The role is remote or client-site with travel as required.

Leads end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP transformation engagements across ERP, EPM, SCM, PPM, and Fleet Management. Owns solution strategy, architecture, business process design, governance, stakeholder relationships, risk resolution, and project direction. Advises executives, guides cross-functional teams, supports integrations and reporting strategies, facilitates workshops, and drives adoption of Oracle best practices. Also contributes to proposals, sales presentations, staffing, interviews, and practice development.

Leads Salesforce solution architecture for higher education clients, including discovery, platform design, data models, security, integrations, automation, reporting, and roadmap planning. Guides implementation teams, evaluates Salesforce capabilities, oversees technical risks and deliverables, and advises executive and technical stakeholders. Supports configuration, testing, deployment, change management, mentoring, demonstrations, and client workshops. The role requires at least seven years of Salesforce experience and willingness to travel for customer projects.
