Owns complex sales cycles, proposals, negotiations, Oracle partner relationships, client expansions, commercial performance, and sales-to-delivery transitions. Partners with leadership, sales, solution architecture, delivery, recruiting, and resource management to scale the organization.

Owns the functional support, enhancement strategy, and roadmap for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
