Plans and hosts monthly resident events, provides hospitality and personal outreach, develops event marketing materials, manages budgets, prepares summaries, and coordinates volunteers, vendors, and community partners. The role includes visiting residents, attending planning meetings, and serving primarily during evenings and weekends. This is an unpaid, onsite ministry position.

Leads and develops the program management leadership team, establishes operational vision, strengthens systems and processes, and aligns operations with growth initiatives. The role is accountable for program excellence, team performance, organizational culture, client satisfaction, coordinator engagement, and scalable delivery. It requires strategic execution, multi-layer leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and monthly travel for retreats, summits, and industry events.
