Hire, coach, and develop the sales team while winning strategic industrial customers and expanding pilot deployments into multi-site, fleet, and enterprise agreements. Own forecasting, pipeline development, account planning, negotiations, and commercial execution. Partner with solution architecture, business value consulting, customer success, and product teams to drive adoption across industrial technology markets.

Lead enterprise sales into Metals & Minerals (Metals, Cement, Pulp & Paper). Hunt and close complex, high-value deals, build territory and account plans, engage stakeholders from plant to C-suite, present ROI-driven proposals, run demos and conferences, and maintain accurate CRM pipeline forecasting.
