Leads civil engineering design and construction plan development for site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater projects. Uses AutoCAD and Civil 3D to produce detailed 2D and 3D plans, coordinates with survey and engineering disciplines, resolves design challenges, maintains CAD standards, ensures design quality, and mentors junior designers.

Lead electrical design for solar and battery storage projects, perform feasibility studies and power system modeling, produce and review electrical drawings and specifications, ensure compliance with NEC/IEEE/NFPA/NERC, stamp engineering drawings, mentor teams, and contribute technical input to business development and proposals.

Lead and execute substation engineering designs for solar and battery storage projects. Oversee and mentor engineering staff, produce construction drawings, review plans and BOMs, collaborate across departments, manage schedules and budgets, engage clients in office and field, and apply industry standards and innovative modeling tools to solve constructability and design challenges.
