Lead and execute substation engineering designs for solar and battery storage projects. Oversee and mentor engineering staff, produce construction drawings, review plans and BOMs, collaborate across departments, manage schedules and budgets, engage clients in office and field, and apply industry standards and innovative modeling tools to solve constructability and design challenges.

Lead the transition to SBS Substation Design Suite (SDS) by owning rollout roadmap, governance of content and templates, training and adoption, and coordinating AutoCAD/LISP automation and AI integrations with engineering and technology teams.

Lead power system studies for solar, battery storage, and substation projects including feasibility, modeling, load flow, short-circuit, stability, protective device coordination, arc-flash, grounding, harmonics, and cable shield analyses; review drawings/specs for NEC/IEEE/NFPA/NERC compliance, mentor staff, and support proposals/business development.
