The Chief Financial Officer provides strategic and operational financial leadership for two surgical hospitals. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash and treasury management, financial reporting, revenue integrity, billing and collections, accounting, purchasing, materials management, and internal controls. The CFO oversees related departments, supports compliance with healthcare regulations, GAAP, and SOX, develops staff, collaborates with executives and physicians, and advises the board on financial and capital planning.

Designs, implements, operates, secures, and supports hospital network and server infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing LAN/WAN, firewalls, wireless, VPNs, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, backups, disaster recovery, and security controls. The role supports EHRs, PACS, VoIP, medical devices, clinical applications, compliance audits, risk assessments, and incident response while serving as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
