Teams at Ando Technologies

Own full sales cycle for 10–50 location restaurant groups: prospecting, high-volume outbound, demos, close deals, run pilots to paid conversion, and manage accounts while feeding product feedback to internal teams.

Lead Ando's technical and AI/ML strategy, owning forecasting, optimization, and labor intelligence. Direct the end-to-end ML and data platform, design AI-native product architecture with safety and human-in-the-loop controls, oversee engineering and product functions, build scalable engineering processes, raise reliability/security/privacy standards, recruit and develop cross-functional teams, and serve as the CEO's technical partner and external company representative.

Lead product strategy and execution across Ando's enterprise and worker-facing products, owning the roadmap, customer discovery, and model-to-product delivery for AI-driven forecasting, optimization, and workforce intelligence. Partner cross-functionally to design explainable AI co-pilot experiences, drive disciplined shipping cadence, and represent product direction to customers and leadership.
