Capture and quality-check digital images of archival documents, perform basic image enhancement and file organization, maintain and report progress in spreadsheets, coordinate image transmission and equipment maintenance, and support miscellaneous project tasks while protecting Ancestry’s mission and partner relationships.

Lead development and execution of strategic partnership pipelines to drive commercial growth and audience expansion. Negotiate and implement partnership agreements, manage partner relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless integration. Define and track KPIs, report ROI, and optimize partnership strategies to meet business objectives.

Lead and negotiate global vendor, procurement, and technology agreements; draft and review SaaS, licensing, and security/DPA terms; partner with privacy and cross-functional teams; build AI-enabled legal playbooks, templates, and workflows; provide commercial legal guidance and support strategic corporate initiatives.
