Field-based medical affairs role supporting rare disease clinical programs by educating providers, driving patient identification for trials, maintaining CRM insights, mapping patient journeys, and building referral networks. Requires strong clinical knowledge, pharma field experience, territory management, and frequent travel (75%).

Manage operational and data-reporting aspects of the Clinical Diagnostic Liaison program to meet client objectives. Analyze program data, generate reports, recommend strategic and operational improvements, own governance and Salesforce/CRM platforms, standardize processes, liaise with client leadership, and ensure program/platform execution. Role is remote (EST/CST preferred) and requires ~50% travel including overnight stays.

Lead Veeva CRM platform strategy, governance, implementations, managed services, integrations, and innovation for pharmaceutical clients. Deliver solution design, release/validation management, vendor oversight, AI enablement, and client-facing product leadership while supporting operations, reporting, and team development.
