Provides customer-facing technical and application support for conveyor belting solutions. Responsibilities include assessing conveyor layouts and retrofits, recommending products, supporting competitive conversions and trials, troubleshooting field issues, developing specifications and drawings, delivering technical training, and collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, R&D, and customers. The role supports new product validation, quality investigations, customer projects, and strategic growth initiatives, with travel of up to 40%.

Leads regional transportation analytics, freight optimization, cost reduction, dashboard development, and executive reporting across North America. Extracts and validates data from TMS, ERP, carrier, supplier, and BI systems; builds Power BI and Excel reporting solutions; identifies service and cost improvements; supports budgeting and forecasting; presents actionable insights to leadership; and mentors supply chain analysts while driving continuous process improvement.
