Supervise accounting operations, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, benefits administration, budgeting, audits, and process improvements. Prepare financial statements and budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach accounting employees. Collaborate with the Controller on reporting, systems implementation, and efficiency improvements.

Provides customer service to clients and employees, maintains accurate records, enters and modifies CRM data, prepares and distributes documents, supports team operations, and communicates with federal and state tax authorities. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to trucking industry leads, educate prospective clients about tax, accounting, and consulting services, assess fit, answer questions, place clients in appropriate service levels, and help improve sales best practices while supporting team growth.
