Coordinates administrative, reporting, scheduling, documentation, compliance, training, and communications for the ASPCA Safety Team. Responsibilities include managing site safety committee meetings, travel, contracts, invoices, access requests, safety databases, policy review schedules, compliance filings, electronic records, presentations, and stakeholder communications. The role supports cross-functional safety and compliance programs, maintains calendars and action-item tracking, and works remotely with up to 10% annual travel.

Build and QA email, SMS, and website campaigns; manage online forms and CMS content; edit HTML, CSS, and images; schedule and monitor campaign sends; track fundraising and engagement metrics; support integrated campaign planning, testing, approvals, and content optimization. The role is remote within the United States, works East Coast hours, and requires occasional travel to New York City.
