Design, build, and operate a multi-cloud (AWS/GCP) internal developer platform. Develop Kubernetes and IaC foundations, Backstage portal/plugins, CI/CD pipelines, automation, observability (Datadog), and SRE practices. Drive developer self-service, platform reliability, security, and operational best practices across engineering teams.

Design, implement, and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and IAM operations. Develop roadmaps, automate security solutions, perform incident triage and threat analysis, remediate risks, and collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate PAM and identity governance across hybrid/cloud environments.

Lead development and management of homeowners insurance products through market research, underwriting guideline creation, contract language, and predictive pricing analytics. Drive product strategy, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with pricing, claims, and actuarial teams to improve profitability, growth, and customer/agent experience. Serve as subject matter expert and project lead for product implementation and competitive analysis.
