Own the product roadmap, manage scaled agile delivery, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (actuarial, underwriting, claims, legal, IT), and lead launches, enhancements, and complex programs focused on P&L outcomes.

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of homeowner insurance products, including scoping, requirements, estimation, prioritization, release management, defect triage, governance, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement (automation, integrations, documentation).
