Coordinate schedule changes related to callouts, leave, onboarding, and staffing gaps; resolve coverage issues; maintain scheduling platform accuracy; and partner with clinical and operations leadership. Audit schedules for compliance with credentialing, labor, and organizational standards while supporting provider utilization and clinic performance.
