Manages construction quality control programs for federal projects, including QC plans, three-phase quality control, inspections, testing, submittals, RFIs, deficiency resolution, and documentation. Coordinates with superintendents, safety professionals, and subcontractors while maintaining quality records and ensuring compliance with contract, USACE, NAVFAC, and federal construction requirements.

Leads environmental, health, and safety programs across multi-state construction, renewable energy, solar, BESS, O&M, and other operations. Responsibilities include developing safety plans, conducting audits, ensuring OSHA compliance, managing PPE and training, investigating incidents, reviewing subcontractor qualifications, supporting preconstruction meetings, implementing corrective actions, and promoting safety culture. The role requires substantial travel, up to 75%, throughout the United States.

Oversee safety programs for multi-state energy efficiency and renewable construction projects across the Southeast. Develop site safety plans, conduct audits, ensure OSHA and safety-standard compliance, investigate incidents, manage corrective actions, review subcontractor qualifications, lead safety meetings, and promote a strong safety culture.
