Support development, design, and execution of distributed energy resource projects (solar PV, battery storage, microgrids). Perform site assessments, engineering analyses, and prepare design packages, cost estimates, RFPs, and technical proposal content. Assist through construction, commissioning, and operations while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with codes and performance objectives.

Lead setup, configuration, and ongoing management of cellular backhaul, in-home Wi‑Fi, and EMS/BAS devices across multiple sites. Coordinate vendors, support HVAC controls and Yardi integration, monitor network performance, troubleshoot offline devices, deliver technical training, and support testing, rollout, and operation of multisite EMS solutions for military housing.

Lead and grow a remote renewable energy engineering team, acting as technical owner for solar PV, BESS, microgrid, and EV charging projects. Partner with sales on technical strategy and proposals, oversee advanced energy and dispatch modeling, utility interconnection, vendor escalation, financial review, construction support, commissioning, and process improvement. Mentor engineers, allocate resources, and travel up to 25% for site visits and customer meetings.
